Tekra sp. z o.o. was founded in 2008 as a subsidiary to DEPA GmbH of Germany. The shareholders as well as the Management Board enjoy long term experience and thorough knowledge of the steel industry.

The company is based in Gubin, within Special Economic Zone, directly at the Polish - German border. This unique location with excellent access to German motorway network make Tekra an interesting business partner with pan-regional importance.
